Meet Emily
Hi! I’m so glad your here!I’m a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist, chef, and women’s health advocate based in beautiful Shellharbour, NSW. My mission is simple: to help you transform your health, feel energised, and live in alignment with your body – not against it.My approach is unique because I combine my background as a chef with my expertise in nutritional medicine, metabolic health, and menstrual cycle awareness to create realistic, evidence-based nutrition plans that actually work for busy women.Every plan I create is personalised to your unique goals , whether that’s balancing hormones, supporting digestion, improving energy, or finding a healthy weight that feels effortless and sustainable.
Realistic Support
As a mother myself, I understand how chaotic and demanding life can be. Between work, family, and the never-ending to-do list, women often find themselves running on empty – exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their bodies. That’s why my focus is always on realistic, achievable strategies that fit your lifestyle. In my clinic (and yes, always over a cup of tea ), you’ll find a calm, supportive environment where you’re heard, understood, and valued. Children are always welcome – because life doesn’t pause for appointments, and neither should your health journey.I’m deeply passionate about creating this kind of space because I’ve seen how transformative it can be when women feel empowered in their health, their choices, and their wellbeing. Healing isn’t just about food, it’s about mindset, self-compassion, and having a safe, supportive environment to grow, share, and learn. True wellbeing is cyclical, not linear – and when we honour our body’s natural rhythm, we move from exhaustion to empowerment.
I believe that food is powerful medicine, what we eat impacts every single cell in the body
Since becoming a degree-qualified Nutritionist in 2018, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of women across Australia to make small, sustainable changes that completely transformed their health. The difference between just getting through the day and truly thriving starts with how we nourish ourselves. When we eat well, we maintain a healthy weight, support hormones and metabolism, improve digestion and gut health, strengthen immunity and reduce inflammation & boost energy, mood, and confidenceNutrition isn’t about perfectionism or restriction - it’s about connection with self, rhythm, and balance.
