Empowered Puberty - Mother & Daughter Workshop Ticket
The Empowered Puberty Workshop is a nurturing, confidence-building experience for girls aged 8-12 and their mothers or trusted caregivers. Together, you'll explore the journey of puberty through storytelling, movement, crafting, and education in a supportive, connected space.
Led by nutritionist Emily Gardem and yoga instructor Vanessa Negroni, this beautiful afternoon creates a space where your daughter feels seen, heard, and celebrated, and where you can show up as her steady guide with knowledge and confidence.
Puberty doesn't have to be awkward or overwhelming - in fact, it can be beautiful, grounding, and deeply empowering when we have the right tools, language, and support.
By raising girls who feel confident in their bodies and connected to their cycles, we're creating ripples of change for the future.
Date & Time:
Saturday 25th July, 1-4pm
